Hi!

I had an older version of a song (Fat Bad Man, track no 8) in http://www.archive.org/details/ThePyknics_877

I removed it and uploaded a new wav-file. For some reason the site didn't make mp3, ogg, flac and steraming files of it (the old version had them). Is it possible to do this afterwards?

Another thing. I changed the filenames of the songs, but the flash-player still shows the old filenames. Is it possible to update that?

go to
http://www.archive.org/item-mgr.php?identifier=ThePyknics_877
and hit 'Derive' button. it should solve both of your problems.

also, read the FAQ

Thank you, but the re-derive doesn't seem to change anything. I did it yesterday. I think the changes should already be there?

EDIT: Seems like my tasks are "waiting for admin"

I guess I will have to delete everything and upload again.

Tried that. Only the wav-files showed up for several days. I then did it again from the scratch.

Now I have brand new:

But now also the old one has derived perfectly:

So now I have 2 similar albums there...
